What You'll Own - Profitability

• Primary accountability for restaurant P&L and financial outcomes
• Drive sales through guest service, team development, and operational management

What You'll Own - Guest Experience

• Lead your team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Resolve guest issues promptly and execute local marketing initiatives

What You'll Own - People

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 20–45 employees
• Coach Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members to grow and perform

What You'll Own - Operations

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to optimize performance
• Uphold brand standards, food safety, and full regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers
• Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Commitment to guest service excellence
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
