Join us as a Floor Supervisor and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one of Banff's busiest restaurants. You'll lead by example, support your team, and help deliver exceptional service to hundreds of guests every day.
What You'll Do
• Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Open and close the restaurant, ensuring everything is set up for success.
• Assign duties, coach team members, and keep service running smoothly.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Work closely with management to achieve daily operational goals.
• Ensure all provincial liquor regulations and health & safety standards are followed.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment where people enjoy coming to work.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience.
What You'll Bring
• Previous restaurant supervisory experience is an asset.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
