The Zaxby’s Support Center is looking for a Restaurant Facilities Service Coordinator to support the Restaurant Facilities team for Company Stores. This includes maintaining the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platform, such as Corrigo, managing work orders and vendor relationships, and coordinating the preventative maintenance, service and repairs for Company Stores in partnership with the Restaurant Facilities team.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 days spent in-office or traveling per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Utilize CMMS platform to intake and process work orders, managing assets for all 145+ Company Stores
- Manage and communicate asset movement
- Work closely with all vendors on issues (assignment, billing, technical issues, assistance with work orders)
- Asset management, including asset details, tracking warranties, repairs, and equipment lifespan
- Update the CMMS as new stores open or existing stores close
- Maintain communication with stores, DMs, and RMs for upcoming implementations of assets for each location
- Continually review supplier performance to ensure optimal supply sources
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities as needed
- Manage new equipment purchases and communicate with the accounting team to ensure depreciation is tracked and old equipment is removed
- Manage security vendor account for Company Stores
- Managed pest control accounts for Company Stores
- Maintain annual capital budget for Company Stores
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Work Order management
- Asset management
- Current knowledge of applicable state and federal workplace health and safety regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize several projects; working well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Consistent application of sound judgment and responsible decision-making
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
- Education Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience 3-5 years of related work experience required

$65,000 - $80,000
