Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Deputy General Manager to support our Restaurant and Bar team at Willett's, The Cadogan’s neighbourhood British bistro and bar. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success and evolution of Willett’s, building on the exciting momentum of its recent opening.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience. Responsible for assisting in ensuring the quality and efficiency of all Restaurant and Bar operations.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively managing and resolving guest complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Administering and facilitating staff training and development programs.
  • Preparing and managing staff schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Effectively managing inventory, including ordering, stock control, and rotation.
  • Supervising daily departmental operations and assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and adherence to service standards.
  • Overseeing and executing the proper opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
