What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Black Bear Diner standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent food quality and timely service.
• Deliver friendly service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
