Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates are providing service excellence with each customer experience
Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Hotel core values
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality

About You:

An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a managerial role
Working rights in Australia
