Restaurant Assistant Manager

At Sapp Bros., Inc., our mission is to Bless and Serve others our guests, our teammates, and our communities. We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager who shares that passion and is ready to help lead a team in delivering outstanding service every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service
• Support and motivate team members to create a positive and welcoming environment
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including dining room and kitchen flow
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and efficient service during all shifts
• Address guest concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism
• Help train, coach, and develop team members
• Support inventory, ordering, and cost control efforts
• Follow and uphold all company policies, procedures, and cash handling practices

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong commitment to serving others with a positive attitude
• Previous supervisory experience in food service preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in hospitality or customer service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures
