About the Role

The AGM is the GM's right hand, helping keep the restaurant running smoothly while building a fun, supportive, high-performing team. You'll train and develop staff, lead busy shifts, assist with scheduling and ordering, and look for ways to make our pizza, people, or both better.

You'll also have opportunities to lead projects and improve operations across the business.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years AGM or GM experience in food, beverage, or hospitality.
• Has or can complete Food Manager + Safe Alcohol Server certifications within 6 months.
• Can comfortably work in a fast-paced restaurant, including standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Has reliable transportation and open availability for varied shifts.

Training + Development

This isn't a "figure it out as you go" job. You'll complete roughly 20 weeks of structured onboarding and leadership training across Madison restaurants, including hands-on experience with operations, scheduling, ordering, inventory, food safety, coaching, financial performance, and problem-solving.

You'll also receive regular mentorship, one-on-one development, leadership classes, and ongoing feedback from experienced leaders.

Schedule

Managers are salaried for 40-45 hours/week, with a mix of restaurant operations, projects, admin, and meetings. Open and flexible availability is required, including at least one late-night shift (10pm–4am) per week. Training locations will vary; final placement depends on business needs and your preference.
