As Wholesale Distribution Responsible Person within our Quality & Compliance team, you'll be the cornerstone of our distribution integrity — ensuring every Sanofi product reaches patients safely, compliantly, and on time. You'll hold a critical regulatory role, maintaining our Wholesale Distribution License and leading quality systems that protect patients and uphold Sanofi's standards. Ready to get started?

Join the team that powers Sanofi from within — streamlining how we work, scaling bold ideas, and accelerating impact across the business. In our affiliate operations, you'll shape smarter ways of working that help bring life-changing treatments to people everywhere.

About Sanofi

We're an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people's lives and delivering compelling growth. Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.

Main responsibilities

  • Maintain and keep up to date the Wholesale Distribution License, ensuring full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and all applicable local regulations.

  • Oversee the Quality Management System, including training programs, self-inspections, and corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead and coordinate product recall operations, manage returned or rejected products, and make final disposition decisions to protect patient safety.

  • Ensure products are distributed exclusively to validated customers, with appropriate storage and transport conditions maintained throughout the supply chain.

  • Manage customer complaints related to distribution channels and ensure effective, timely resolution in line with company standards.

  • Oversee narcotics handling authorizations, import/export licensing, and all documentation and reporting obligations required by local legislation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Medical teams to handle out-of-stock situations and support quality risk management across the affiliate.

About you

  • Experience: Background in pharmaceutical quality, regulatory affairs, or distribution operations, ideally within a GDP-regulated environment.

  • Soft and technical skills: Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations; excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills; ability to manage cross-functional relationships and regulatory inspections with confidence.

  • Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience); eligibility to act as a Responsible Person under Czech pharmaceutical law.

  • Languages: Fluency in Czech and English.

Why choose us?

  • Own meaningful work from day one, with the freedom to shape smarter solutions and lead change across a global business.

  • Accelerate your career through internal gigs, cross-functional moves, and international mobility designed to grow your impact.

  • Thrive in a workplace designed for you — with vibrant, flexible spaces and benefits that support your well-being, growth, and sense of belonging.

  • Bring bold ideas to life using the latest technology — from AI and automation to digital tools that transform how we work.

  • Play a pivotal regulatory role that directly protects patients and ensures the integrity of Sanofi's product supply in the Czech market.

  • Work at the intersection of quality, compliance, and operations — collaborating with diverse teams across the affiliate and global functions.

  • Be part of a company that invests in your professional development, with access to training, quality tools, and a strong quality culture.
