Our client is a Leading Chinese Bank. They are looking for a RO Type 6 to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities
• Responsible for origination and execution
• Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, which include IPO, M&A, issuing and underwriting equity securities and varies types of transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, issuers, shareholders, banking and lending institutions, etc.
• Execute mandated transactions and manage client relationships

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Recognized professional qualification is a must
• Minimum of 8 years’ corporate finance or research experience with a reputable investment bank or leading boutique
• Solid experience in corporate finance transactions (IPOs, financial advisory, rights issue or share offerings) gained from international and reputable regional investment banks will be preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
