Job Description

Our client is a leading asset management and investment firm.

Responsibilities:

• Explore and negotiate corporate finance opportunities with business partners and potential clients.
• Execution of a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including M&A, fund raising exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions.
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in the execution of transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities.
• Work closely with other professional parties on the transactions.
• Assessing potential deals by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling.
• Preparing pitch book and business proposals.
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations.
• Provide on-going support for maintaining relationship with investors, investees and business partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines.
• Current holder of Responsible Officer licenses registered under SFC (Type 6).
• At least 5 years solid experience in corporate finance and investment banking.
• Experience in IPO, Corporate Financial Advisory & Mergers and Acquisitions with completed multiple transactions and execution.
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers code and relevant rules and regulations.
• Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
