TripLink Digital is part of the Trip.com Group’s finance business unit.

In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Act as an SFC-approved Responsible Officer for the company, working with the compliance team and external consultants to apply for the SFC Type 1 license and ongoing management of regulated activities, with direct accountability for overall regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as one of the Board of Directors within the company and the Managers-in-charge (MIC), providing overall management oversight of the company and responsibility for key business lines.
  • Oversee compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with SFC Licensing Handbook, AML/CTF, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise daily operations of the related trading and dealing activities.
  • Liaise with the SFC and other regulatory authorities; prepare for and manage regulatory inspections, audits, and ongoing regulatory communications.
  • Provide input to compliance training and guidance to operational teams; foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to digital assets, financial markets, and emerging fintech trends; advise management accordingly.
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships with global financial institutions, from initial outreach to commercial negotiation and project implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop business ideas and draft proposals for new business initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and product launches.

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Currently licensed as a SFC Responsible Officer, holding at least the Type 1 license.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, including substantial exposure to regulated activities (e.g., dealing, asset management, advisory), with at least 3 years of recent experience within the past 6 years, and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Preferrable to have taken the HKSI CVAP training/exam.
  • Extensive knowledge of SFC regulations, AML/KYC frameworks, and governance requirements for financial institutions and digital asset businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, risk management, and designing operational processes in regulated environments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; proven ability to interact effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Experience with payment services or cryptocurrency-related businesses is an advantage.
