Job Description

Our client is a leading Corporate Finance Company.

Responsible Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the projects and activities of corporate finance and advisory services
  • Define strategic planning to drive Corporate Finance businesses with the objective to maximize the company interest and investment returns
  • Supervise the execution of financial advisory projects including undertaking due diligence, resolving issues, and liaising with SFC
  • Comply to applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
  • Compile reports through conducting market research as well as prepare proposals to facilitate regulatory checks
Requirements:
  • Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 6 RA
  • Over 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Finance or related fields
  • Manage subordinates to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred.
