Job Title: Responsible Individual – Children’s Residential Services
Location: Bradford and Bingley
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
Working Hour: Full-time
Service: Children’s Homes
Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, CSE, CCE, Neglect
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within children’s residential care
Employment Type: Permanent

The Home:

• Number of Beds: 4 x 3-Bed EBD Homes

• Location: Bradford and Bingley

• Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE

• Ofsted Rating: ‘Good’ (existing homes)
