The Responsible AI Program Lead supports the operational, analytical, and coordination needs of Mercy’s Enterprise Responsible AI Program. This role helps translate Mercy’s Responsible AI standards, governance expectations, and ethical principles into actionable workflows, documentation, processes, and stakeholder experiences. Working under the direction of the Program Director – Responsible AI, this role ensures consistent execution of governance activities, supports development of program artifacts, assists with knowledge management and reporting, and coordinates engagement across clinical, operational, technical, legal, and vendor teams.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, Information Systems, Ethics, or related discipline).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in program management, technology governance, compliance, healthcare operations, analytics, or related functions.
