Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and Group standard processes; enable the achievement of production plans.
- Achieve financial objectives: prepare and present the UAP budget; manage actual production costs based on the "ideal" cost model; maintain product margins and monitor serial production productivity (workforce levels, material consumption, etc.).
- Manage the UAP team: ensure appropriate staffing levels, maintain a work environment compliant with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, identify training needs and recommend development actions, promote information sharing and transparency, participate in career management initiatives, etc.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Strong leadership skills
- High level of autonomy in day-to-day management and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to unite and engage teams around common objectives
- Proficiency in English and in French (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a production environment
