The Regional Operations Excellence Manager reports to the Service SEMEA P&L Leader and receives functional direction from function leaders. The role is responsible for driving regional operational performance, supporting P&L optimization, and leading cross-functional initiatives related to quality, safety, governance, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in strengthening operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and service performance across the region.

Le/La Responsable Régional(e) Excellence Opérationnelle rapporte au directeur du P&L Services SEMEA et reçoit des orientations fonctionnelles de la part des responsables de fonction. Le rôle consiste à piloter la performance opérationnelle régionale, soutenir l’optimisation du P&L et mener des initiatives transverses liées à la qualité, la sécurité, la gouvernance et l’amélioration continue. La fonction joue un rôle clé dans le renforcement de l’excellence opérationnelle, la satisfaction client et la performance des services dans la région.

Responsabilités

En tant que responsable régional de l’excellence opérationnelle, vous serez responsable de :

  • Structurer et diriger la gouvernance opérationnelle, y compris les revues opérationnelles, les remontées d’informations et les intégrations des Rex :
  • Orchestrer les rythmes opérationnels et identifiez les opportunités d'amélioration des TTI, des performances des services et de l'efficacité opérationnelle
  • Consolider et piloter les KPI, les performances économiques et l'allocation des ressources pour optimiser les résultats du P&L service
  • Diriger et participer aux revues opérationnelles mensuelles et préparer les PSR demandés
  • Collaborer avec les chefs de projet, les gestionnaires de flotte et toutes les autres parties prenantes pour éliminer les points de blocage transverses, atténuer les risques et développer les opportunités :
  • Gérer les plans de résolution des problématiques transverses liés à la qualité et pilotez leur exécution
  • Superviser l'analyse et les contre-mesures liées aux érosions des projets
  • Produire le S&OP pour la population FSE et les autres fonctions pertinentes afin d'assurer l'alignement entre la demande, les capacités et les ressources
  • Renforcer la culture HSE en améliorant le signalement des évènements survenus sur site et en poursuivant l'objectif zéro accident
  • Construire une collaboration interfonctionnelle pour harmoniser les processus et diffuser les meilleures pratiques
  • Développer, déployer et garantir l'adoption des processus globaux ou régionaux tout en améliorant continuellement ces processus
  • Coordonner les efforts pour maintenir les données de la base installée fiables, précises et à jour afin de soutenir les décisions commerciales et opérationnelles
  • Supporter la qualité dans l’établissement et le pilotage d’un processus de capitalisation et de déploiement des retours d’expérience au sein du P&L service
  • Promouvoir l'amélioration continue afin de maximiser la disponibilité et les performances

Profil

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur obtenu dans un établissement accrédité, ou équivalent
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets & contrôle projets, avec expertise avérée en exécution, planification, estimation, gestion des risques ou management
  • Bon niveau de français et de l’anglais
  • Leadership affirmé, capacité à piloter des équipes transversalement au sein des différentes fonctions

Essential Responsibilities

As a regional operations manager you will be accountable for:

  • Consolidate and steer regional KPIs, economic performance, and resource allocation to optimize P&L results
  • Drive operating rhythms and identify opportunities to improve TTI, service performance, and operational efficiency
  • Lead S&OP for FSE and other relevant functions to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and resources
  • Structure and lead operational governance, including reviews, reporting, and feedback loops
  • Lead and participate in Monthly Operations Reviews and prepare requested PSRs
  • Manage transversal service quality case resolution plans and drive execution
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, fleet managers, and other stakeholders to remove transactional roadblocks and mitigate risks and opportunities
  • Supervise analysis and countermeasures related to project erosion
  • Strengthen HSE culture by improving near-miss reporting and driving a zero-incident ambition
  • Develop, deploy, and ensure adoption of organizational standards while continuously improving end-to-end processes
  • Build cross-functional collaboration to harmonize processes and disseminate best practices
  • Coordinate efforts to maintain reliable, accurate, and up-to-date customer installed base data to support service and commercial decision-making
  • Establish and drive a Lessons Learned process at Service P&L level, promoting continuous improvement to maximize availability and performance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a regionally accredited college, university, or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience in project management & controls with demonstrated skill in execution, scheduling, estimating, risk, or management
  • French and English at working level
