Un jour à MKS :

Nous recherchons notre futur.e Responsable Ressources Humaines (HRBP) au sein de notre entreprise MKS basé à Beaune-La-Rolande (45).

En tant que Responsable Ressources Humaines, vous serez notre pilier RH local, en lien direct avec les managers opérationnels. Dans ce rôle, vous reporterez au DRH du site.

Vous apporterez votre contribution en :

• Conseil RH auprès des opérationnels : droit du travail, formation, contrats, gestion de la performance
• Animation du dialogue social : maintien du climat social, organisation et suivi des IRP, écoute active
• Déploiement de la stratégie RH : mise en œuvre de projets transversaux (digitalisation, homogénéisation, communication RH) et conduite du changement
• Gestion administrative : contrats, dossiers du personnel, reporting, tableaux de bord RH
• Développement RH : gestion des talents, plan de succession, accompagnement des départs à la retraite, collaboration avec l'équipe recrutement
• Communication interne et externe : interface entre direction et salariés, promotion de la culture d’entreprise
• Soutien aux processus RH annuels : performance, rémunération, planification des effectifs

Vos atouts :

• Formation supérieure en RH (Licence ou Master)
• Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en RH généraliste, idéalement en environnement industriel
• Solides connaissances en législation sociale
• Excellente maîtrise du Pack office et d'un SIRH (Workday serait apprécié)
• Niveau d’ anglais courant (à minima intermédiaire) est important pour ce poste
• Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) capable d’insuffler et de piloter le changement, avec une approche résolument « can do », et un réel confort dans des contextes internationaux, dynamiques et en perpétuelle évolution
• Excellent sens du dialogue, empathie, écoute active et relationnel
