At the heart of electrification, Valeo develops the latest innovations and best technologies meeting the needs of the electric mobility market. Valeo’s Valeo Power Division combines expertise in thermal energy management and powertrain systems, reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.
Valeo’s Site located in Cergy, France, is Valeo’s Power Division Headquarters. It employs over 800 people working on the development of electric powertrain systems (inverter, onboard charger, etc.).
As part of Valeo’s strategic expansion into the data center and battery energy storage system (BESS) markets, we are recruiting our future Power Supply R&D Manager M/F.
As the leader of the technical and budgetary aspects of R&D for our power conversion and distribution solutions, you will define the product roadmap, drive innovation (PoC), and ensure operational excellence in development efforts worldwide.
You hold a master’s degree (Bac+5) in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Complex Systems, and have at least 6 years of R&D experience on projects related to data centers or BESS.
You have developed strong skills in electrical architectures (AC-DC, DC-DC), power distribution, and thermal integration. You have proven experience in managing R&D projects, including budget management and team leadership.
You are proficient in industrial product development processes (specification, validation, certification) and intellectual property management.
Recognized for your leadership and interpersonal skills, you thrive in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
You are fluent in English.
