Responsable Qualité et LEAN pour l'organisation Power Transmission Services Europe du Sud
La/le responsable qualité et LEAN pour l'activité Power Transmission Services, Europe du sud anime et challenge les différents process cités ci-dessous au sein des entités de la région et participe au plan de développement des compétences dans ces domaines afin de renforcer la culture LEAN et SQDC. (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
Principales responsabilités partie Qualité:
- Piloter et supporter le plan d'audits et diverses certifications des entités de l'organisation PT Services Europe du sud
- Gérer le processus qualité en respect des règles de l'entreprise
- Animer et challenger le process de résolution des complaintes clients et non-conformités internes
- Animer et challenger le process de Satisfaction Client
- Monitorer et analyser les coûts de non-qualité
KPI principaux:
- Respect et succès du plan d'audit (interne/externe ISO, etc..)
- Cost of Poor Quality
- Performance de résolution des complaintes clients (ACT) et non-conformités internes (NC)
- Satisfaction client (Net Promotor Score)
Principales responsabilités partie LEAN:
- Définir, piloter et supporter le plan d'actions LEAN pour l'organisation PT Services Europe du sud (Kaizen, PSR, 5S, ..)
- Gérer et participer au développement des compétences LEAN au sein de l'organisation PT Services Europe du Sud
KPI principaux:
- LEAN Maturity Index (niveau de maturité des différentes unités et fonctions selon un référentiel établi)
- Objectifs de développement en nombre de personnes compétentes (LEAN awareness, Kaizen facilitator)
Qualifications et expériences:
- Bac+5 ou équivalent
- Expérience dans le domaine du management de la Qualité
- Formation et expérience reconnue de la méthodologie LEAN
- Expression orale et écrite de niveau professionnel en Français et Anglais
