
Vous participerez de manière autonome à l'établissement de la paie pour environ 150 collaborateurs (CCN HCR).
Votre quotidien au sein de l’Hôtel :
-En charge, pour la partie GTA (Gestion des Temps et des Absences) des corrections d’anomalies de pointage de la solution Bodet, de la gestion des absences (CP, JRTT, JFC, …..), des badges de pointage ainsi que du suivi des AT et arrêts maladie (IJSS & IJ prévoyance),
Au-delà de vos missions quotidiennes, vous êtes l'interlocuteur des salariés sur toutes les questions relatives à la paie et assurez une présence RH sur site.
Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) qui puisse relever cet enjeu important pour la prochaine étape de développement et la migration vers un nouveau SIRH à compter de janvier 2025 (migration paie).
Issu(e) d'une formation initiale paie, vous avez nécessairement acquis une expérience de 3 ans à 5 ans minimum.
Vous avez de bonnes notions en législation sociale et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie, vous aimez les challenges et travailler dans un environnement dynamique?
