The Room Division Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge, Housekeeping. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, revenue optimization, talent development, and financial performance while maintaining Mandarin Oriental's Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE) and service standards.
The Rooms Division Manager serves as a key member of the hotel's leadership team, driving collaboration across departments and contributing to the achievement of hotel business objectives.
