Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités commerciales, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Développement Commercial – Zone Orientale, dont la mission principale sera de développer le business sur la zone assignée, renforcer la relation client et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.

Missions principales

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de la zone assignée ;
  • Prospecter et développer de nouveaux marchés et clients ;
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance et assurer l’acquisition de nouveaux clients ;
  • Négocier les contrats et assurer le suivi des grands comptes ;
  • Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients clés ;
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées en coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes ;
  • Assurer un service après-vente de qualité afin de garantir la satisfaction client ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciale de la zone ;
  • Réaliser une veille marché et concurrentielle et proposer des actions correctives ;
  • Assurer la mise à jour des informations et comptes rendus sur Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’une école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou formation technique en lien avec le BTP ou un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans en développement commercial, idéalement acquise dans le secteur du BTP.
  • Bonne connaissance des acteurs clés de la zone orientale et de son écosystème.
  • Capacité à coordonner et piloter des projets commerciaux de bout en bout.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de négociation permettant de conclure des affaires rentables.
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation face aux évolutions du marché et aux nouvelles situations.
  • Persévérance et résilience face aux défis commerciaux.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ainsi que des CRM (Salesforce est un atout).
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
