Au sein de l'équipe des ventes, vous serez responsable du développement et de la gestion des commandes de notre portefeuille de services HVDC et FACTS en Amérique du Nord.

Vous aurez également pour mission de former, d'accompagner et d'innover nos équipes et processus de vente afin d'accélérer la croissance des ventes de nos services HVDC et FACTS.

Vos responsabilités comprendront la stratégie de commercialisation, les prévisions de croissance, l'identification des principales opportunités, l'élaboration d'accords de service à long terme, ainsi que la stratégie et la mise en œuvre des appels d'offres.

Customer facing staff responsible for growth and order intake fulfillment of our HVDC & FACTS services portfolio in the North America region.
In this role you are also responsible for education, transformation, and innovation of our current sales process and team to accelerate the sales of our HVDC & FACTS services portfolio.

Responsibility will cover go to market channel, growth projections, major opportunities identification, Long Term Service Agreement development and tendering strategy and execution against that plan.

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités en combinant le portefeuille de services HVDC et FACTS de GE.

  • Diriger l'équipe de proposition afin de développer des solutions novatrices et créatives, bénéfiques pour l'entreprise et les clients.

  • Développer des solutions axées sur le client pour répondre à ses problèmes et bâtir des relations durables et mutuellement avantageuses.

  • Exploiter les données actuelles du marché pour élaborer des stratégies régionales, des initiatives de marketing et des campagnes, et promouvoir la notoriété de la marque.

  • Élaborer, gérer et rendre compte de l'avancement du plan opérationnel annuel et identifier les initiatives pour la stratégie de croissance.

  • Définir les niveaux de prix du marché, évaluer les risques liés aux opportunités, assurer la ponctualité et l'exactitude des offres, assurer le suivi des offres et contribuer à la négociation des contrats avec les clients.

  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire de toutes les activités.

Qualifications requises :

  • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente dans le secteur

  • Expérience confirmée dans des fonctions de direction dans les services, les ventes et les appels d’offres, avec des budgets de plusieurs millions de dollars

  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans les services, les ventes, l’ingénierie d’application et/ou le marketing liés au secteur des réseaux électriques

  • Déplacements : environ 40 % selon les besoins de l’entreprise

  • Expérience réussie en matière de négociation, de conclusion d’accords et d’élaboration de contrats pour l’obtention de contrats pluriannuels et multiproduits importants avec les clients

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, notamment la capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations avec divers interlocuteurs internes et externes, d'obtenir leur adhésion et de négocier des résultats positifs avec les clients

  • Capacité démontrée à rechercher et à analyser des données pour élaborer des stratégies d'appel d'offres, y compris les partenariats potentiels

  • Adhésion et respect de valeurs morales, éthiques et personnelles élevées dans les décisions, les actions et les relations avec autrui. Capacité de communiquer en toute transparence avec la direction sur les problèmes rencontrés.

  • Capacité de travailler avec souplesse lors d'appels d'offres, sous forte pression temporelle et commerciale, tout en maintenant le cap et en exerçant une influence positive et constante. Capacité de réagir de manière créative face à l'évolution rapide du contexte concurrentiel et de convaincre les principaux acteurs internes d'adopter les positions nécessaires au succès.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities and conduct significant campaigns to win new business and generate revenues for major projects (upgrades, modernization, Long Term Services Agreements,…)

  • Negotiate and close very complex and high value deals in concert with direct sales staff

  • Communicate, educate and enable the regional sales team on sales practices and process

  • Identify new opportunities by combining GE portfolio of HVDC & FACTS services

  • Lead proposal team to develop innovative and creative solutions to benefit the business and the customers

  • Develop customer centric solutions to resolve customer challenges and build long term mutually beneficial relationships

  • Utilize current market data to prepare regional strategies and marketing and campaign initiatives and promote brand awareness

  • Develop, manage and report on progress against annual Operating Plan and identify initiatives for growth playbook

  • Define market price levels, evaluate opportunities’ risk, manage timely delivery and accuracy of offers, follow-up on offers and help to negotiate contracts with customers

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience

  • Proven experience in a senior services, sales and tendering roles with multi-million-dollar budgets

  • 10+ years of experience in the Grid ‘s industry related services, sales, application engineering and/or marketing

  • +/-40% travel as needed based on the business needs

  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal closure and contract development to achieve significant multi-product, multi-year contracts with customers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, gain acceptance and negotiate successful outcomes with customers

  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data to develop bid strategies including potential partnerships.

  • Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions, actions and when dealing with others. Including ability to be transparent with management on issues that develop

  • Ability to work flexibly at times when bids are in progress under significant time and commercial pressure, remaining focused with sustained leadership influence and able to respond creatively to rapidly changing competitive inputs, and influence senior internal stakeholders to adopt positions needed to be successful
