Rattaché(e) à la direction du magasin, vous êtes responsable de l’organisation et de la performance du Drive Vous garantissez la satisfaction client, la qualité de préparation des commandes et l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
Piloter l’activité du Drive (commandes, préparation, livraison/remise client)
Manager et animer une équipe de préparateurs Drive
Garantir la qualité de service, le respect des délais et des procédures
Optimiser la productivité, les plannings et les indicateurs de performance
Gérer les stocks, ruptures et substitutions
Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité
Participer au développement du chiffre d’affaires Drive
Expérience réussie en grande distribution, idéalement sur un poste Drive, logistique ou management d’équipe
Sens aigu du service client
Leadership, organisation et réactivité
