Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Rayon Traditionnel - Frais (Trad) passionné(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe !
Assurer la gestion complète du rayon traditionnel (boucherie, charcuterie, fromage, poissonnerie ou autre selon le secteur)
Garantir la qualité, la fraîcheur et la présentation des produits
Manager, accompagner et motiver l’équipe du rayon
Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité
Optimiser les ventes et la rentabilité du rayon
Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les approvisionnements
Assurer un excellent service client et fidéliser la clientèle
Expérience confirmée en gestion de rayon traditionnel
Sens du commerce et du service client
Leadership naturel et esprit d’équipe
Rigueur, organisation et autonomie
Bonne connaissance des produits frais et des règles d’hygiène
