Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Rayon Végétal passionné(e) par le monde du végétal et du commerce.
Gérer et animer le rayon végétal (plantes d’intérieur et d’extérieur, pépinière, saisonnier…)
Assurer la mise en place, l’attractivité et la bonne tenue du rayon
Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les relations fournisseurs
Encadrer, former et motiver l’équipe du rayon
Conseiller et fidéliser la clientèle grâce à votre expertise végétale
Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et de qualité
Formation et/ou expérience confirmée dans le domaine du végétal
Expérience en gestion de rayon ou poste similaire appréciée
Sens du commerce et du service client
Autonomie, organisation et esprit d’équipe
Passion pour les plantes et la nature
