Piloter l’activité et la performance du rayon Produits Frais Libre-Service
Encadrer, accompagner et animer votre équipe au quotidien
Garantir la bonne tenue du rayon : implantation, merchandising, disponibilité et fraîcheur des produits
Assurer la gestion des commandes, des stocks et des inventaires
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour développer le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité
Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité
Garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation de la clientèle
Participer à la mise en place des opérations commerciales et promotions
Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en grande distribution, idéalement sur un poste de Responsable de Rayon ou Manager sur les Produits Frais Libre-Service.
Vous êtes commerçant(e), organisé(e), autonome et proche du terrain Vous appréciez le management et savez fédérer une équipe autour d’objectifs communs.
