Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Épicerie afin de garantir la bonne gestion et l'attractivité du rayon.
Véritable manager de terrain, vous pilotez votre secteur en assurant la satisfaction des clients, la performance commerciale et l'animation de votre équipe.
Gérer les approvisionnements et les commandes fournisseurs.
Assurer la disponibilité permanente des produits en rayon.
Veiller à la bonne tenue du rayon (implantation, balisage, propreté et merchandising).
Suivre les indicateurs de performance : chiffre d'affaires, marge, casse et démarque.
Encadrer, former et accompagner l'équipe au quotidien.
Garantir le respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes.
Participer activement à l'amélioration de l'expérience client.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en grande distribution, idéalement sur un poste de Responsable Épicerie, Chef de Rayon ou Adjoint.
Vous possédez de solides compétences en management et en gestion commerciale.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats.
Vous appréciez le travail de terrain et le contact avec les équipes.
