En tant que Responsable de Rayon Épicerie, vous pilotez un secteur clé du magasin et veillez à sa performance globale. Vos missions principales :
Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les approvisionnements
Assurer la disponibilité permanente des produits en rayon
Mettre en place les opérations commerciales et promotions
Optimiser les implantations et le merchandising
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (CA, marges, rotation)
Encadrer, former et motiver votre équipe
Veiller à la bonne tenue du rayon (propreté, balisage, facing)
Garantir une expérience client de qualité
Expérience confirmée en grande distribution, idéalement en épicerie
Sens du commerce et de la satisfaction client
Esprit analytique et orientation résultats
Capacités managériales reconnues
Organisation, rigueur et autonomie
