Dans le cadre de son développement, une enseigne majeure de la grande distribution recrute un(e) Responsable de Rayon
Piloter un rayon Ă forte rotation et enjeux Ă©conomiques importants
GĂ©rer les commandes, les stocks et les flux marchandises
Garantir la disponibilité permanente des produits et la tenue du rayon
Mettre en œuvre la politique commerciale (implantations, promotions, saisonnalité)
Analyser et piloter les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d’affaires, marge, casse, démarque)
Manager, accompagner et faire monter en compétences une équipe dédiée
Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes
Expérience confirmée en grande distribution sur un rayon à forte rotation
Solides compétences en gestion, organisation et pilotage économique
Leadership naturel et goût du management terrain
Sens aigu du commerce et de la performance
Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer des environnements exigeants
Poste basé à : Nantes
Contrat : CDI
