Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de rayon DPH dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Véritable garant(e) de la bonne tenue du rayon Droguerie – Parfumerie – Hygiène, vous assurez la satisfaction de nos clients par un merchandising soigné, une disponibilité optimale des produits et un accueil de qualité.
Gérer et organiser l’ensemble du rayon DPH
Assurer la mise en rayon, le facing et le réassort quotidien
Suivre les commandes, les stocks et les implantations
Mettre en place les opérations commerciales et promotions
Garantir la propreté, l’attractivité et la conformité du rayon
Conseiller les clients et assurer une qualité d’accueil irréprochable
Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs du secteur (si applicable)
Analyser les performances du rayon et proposer des actions d’amélioration
Expérience réussie en grande distribution ou dans un rayon DPH
Sens du commerce et du service client
Organisation, autonomie et rigueur
Capacité à travailler en équipe
Bonnes connaissances produits et sens du merchandising
Goût pour un environnement dynamique
