Evaluará necesidades y modificación de alcances de los mantenimientos, controlará los proveedores y será responsable del mantenimiento de la Infraestructura.

Grupos electrógenos
Aire Acondicionados
Ascensores y montacargas, controles de acceso y demás tecnologías del edificio.
Supervisa el trabajo de las contratistas y releva trabajos realizados.
Verificar que el personal de la empresa contratista siga el cronograma de actividades diarias y utilice adecuadamente los recursos asignados.
Realizar inspecciones periódicas para garantizar que la calidad del trabajo de la contratista cumpla con los estándares del proyecto.
Identificar y resolver problemas en tiempo real, comunicándose con la contratista para implementar correcciones necesarias y evitar retrasos.
