Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, notre client, une enseigne premium de prêt-à-porter masculin, reconnue pour son positionnement haut de gamme et son identité forte, recherche un(e) Responsable de Magasin.
Vos missions principales :
Rattaché(e) à la direction régionale, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance globale du point de vente. À ce titre, vous :
Pilotez l’activité commerciale et assurez l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité
Animez, encadrez et faites monter en compétence votre équipe (recrutement, formation, motivation)
Veillez à offrir une expérience client irréprochable, en lien avec les standards de la marque
Assurez la bonne tenue du magasin (merchandising, gestion des stocks, respect des procédures)
Analysez les indicateurs de performance et mettez en place des plans d’actions adaptés
Profil recherché :
Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans minimum) en management d’équipe dans le retail, idéalement dans l’univers premium ou mode
Leadership naturel, sens du commerce et culture du résultat
Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du service client
Rigueur, autonomie et capacité d’adaptation
Sensibilité à l’univers de la marque et à ses valeurs
