Véritable chef d’orchestre du point de vente, vous êtes un(e) manager de terrain, impliqué(e) au quotidien dans l’exploitation du magasin. Vos principales missions :
Piloter l’activité globale du magasin (CA, marges, productivité)
Être présent(e) sur le terrain aux côtés des équipes (mise en rayon, gestion des flux, relation client)
Encadrer, animer et fédérer l’ensemble des équipes (chefs de rayon, employés)
Garantir la qualité de l’accueil et de l’expérience client
Veiller à la bonne application des procédures et des standards de l’enseigne
Optimiser les performances commerciales à travers des actions concrètes en magasin
Gérer les stocks, les commandes et les relations fournisseurs
Assurer la bonne tenue générale du point de vente
Expérience confirmée en grande distribution, idéalement en tant que responsable ou adjoint
Profil très opérationnel, proche du terrain et des équipes
Leadership naturel et forte capacité à fédérer
Sens du commerce et culture du résultat
Réactivité, organisation et exemplarité
