Vos missions
Déployer la stratégie commerciale de la Maison et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité
Offrir une expérience client irréprochable, personnalisée et conforme aux standards du luxe
Manager, fédérer et faire grandir une équipe engagée et performante
Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle du magasin (merchandising, stocks, procédures, image)
Analyser les performances, piloter les indicateurs clés et proposer des plans d’action adaptés
Développer et fidéliser une clientèle locale et internationale exigeante
Votre profil
Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans la direction de magasin, idéalement dans le luxe ou le premium
Leadership naturel, sens aigu du service et culture du résultat
Excellentes compétences managériales et relationnelles
Forte sensibilité produit et image de marque
Maîtrse du français et de l’anglais ; une troisième langue est un atout
