Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur Lifestyle Premium recherche un(e) Responsable de Corner afin de piloter un espace de vente au sein d’un grand magasin.
Rattaché(e) à la direction retail régionale, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance commerciale et de l’excellence opérationnelle du corner.
À ce titre, vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités :
Assurer l’animation commerciale et le développement du chiffre d’affaires
Garantir une expérience client premium et un haut niveau de satisfaction
Manager, accompagner et fédérer l’équipe de vente au quotidien
Piloter les indicateurs de performance
Veiller au respect des standards merchandising et de l’image des marques
Superviser les stocks, réassorts et inventaires
Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction
Développer une dynamique commerciale proactive en lien avec les temps forts retail
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d’un point de vente, corner ou boutique premium
Forte sensibilité produit et univers mode / lifestyle
Leadership naturel et excellente capacité à fédérer une équipe
Culture du résultat et orientation client
Excellente présentation et sens du service
Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel
Bonne maîtrise des outils de reporting retail
