Idéalement basé sur un territoire stratégique (Lyon / Marseille / Montpellier ), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le lancement de 3 nouveaux produits et dans l’accélération des ventes d’une gamme existante à fort potentiel
Ce poste s’adresse à un profil entrepreneurial, animé par le développement commercial et l’impact sur le terrain, au contact direct des acteurs du bloc opératoire.
Développer le chiffre d’affaires et les parts de marché sur votre territoire
Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et fidéliser votre portefeuille existant
Promouvoir les solutions auprès des chirurgiens, pharmaciens, acheteurs et directions d’établissements
Déployer la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise sur le terrain
Piloter et répondre aux appels d’offres en valorisant les accords avec les groupements et centrales d’achats
Assurer les démonstrations produits et la formation des équipes au bloc opératoire
Développer et animer des centres d’excellence sur votre secteur
Contribuer au lancement réussi de nouveaux produits innovants
Identifier les opportunités de croissance et structurer votre plan d’action commercial
Assurer un reporting régulier de votre activité et de votre performance
Formation commerciale et/ou technique
Expérience confirmée en vente de dispositifs médicaux ou d’équipements au bloc opératoire (idéalement dispositifs implantables ou solutions premium)
Bonne connaissance du secteur Sud-Est et réseau actif auprès des professionnels de santé
Expertise dans une spécialité : gynécologie, urologie, orthopédie, neurochirurgie, rachis, chirurgie thoracique…
Tempérament de chasseur avec une forte orientation résultats
Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à convaincre des interlocuteurs de haut niveau
Autonomie, organisation et esprit stratégique
Goût pour les environnements innovants et en construction
Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste 50 000 à 70 000 EUR / an
