Votre mission

Vous prenez la responsabilité complète d’un site combinant :

  • Centre de tri de matériaux inertes
  • Concassage & criblage
  • Centrale à béton

Votre objectif : assurer la performance, la rentabilité et la bonne organisation des flux, en garantissant sécurité et conformité.

Vous êtes le référent opérationnel du site.

Vos missions

Opérationnel :

  • Organiser et superviser tri, concassage, criblage et production béton
  • Planifier l’activité journalière
  • Optimiser les flux camions et matériaux
  • Encadrer l’équipe terrain
  • Garantir sécurité et efficacité

Administratif & logistique :

  • Gérer les bons IN/OUT et le suivi des tonnages
  • Organiser les évacuations vers remblais
  • Assurer la facturation
  • Suivre les permis et la conformité du site

📅 Organisation

  • Haute saison : gestion intensive de l’exploitation
  • Hiver : analyse des performances et optimisation des process

Vos compétences

  • Expérience en travaux publics, carrière, recyclage ou centrale à béton
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe terrain
  • Bonne compréhension des flux logistiques
  • Structuré, autonome, orienté résultats
  • À l’aise sur le terrain comme au bureau
