Notre client, enseigne dynamique dans le secteur du Prêt-à-porter , recherche une personne sérieuse, investie et solaire, pour embarquer l'équipe en place vers un objectif commun : développer le CA et répondre aux attentes des clients.
Vos principales missions :
Développer la performance du magasin, par la mise en place d'actions adaptées et l'animation de l’équipe par des briefs et des challenge réguliers
Savoir conseiller les clients et écouter leurs attentes
Animer la marque et promouvoir le produit
Organiser le magasin par la gestion des plannings, le suivi des procédures et être garant de la sécurité du magasin.
Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes également une personne de terrain et avez une très bonne capacité d’adaptation.
Votre sens de la communication, votre esprit d’équipe et votre capacité à manager seront autant d’atouts pour réussir à ce poste.
