Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Managing customer interfaces and anticipating delivery schedule changes.
  • Supporting new product launches from a logistics perspective.
  • Importing customer orders and analyzing EDI data.
  • Monitoring volume variations, handling customer complaints, and preparing the Master Production Schedule.
  • Leading production reviews and coordinating transportation of finished goods.
  • Tracking the external transport budget.
  • Managing spare parts (purchasing, sales, deliveries).
  • Communicating with customers, storage platforms, and carriers.
  • Participating in weekly customer meetings and coordinating with logistics and finance.
  • Applying Lear Corporation policies and implementing performance improvement actions.
  • Reporting performance indicators and alerting management to risks or issues.
  • Collaborating with all site departments and respecting safety, 5S, waste sorting, and PPE rules

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain
  • Experience in industrial logistics, automotive & JIT plant preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP / Proficiency in QAD & Microsoft Office
  • Problemsolving and analysis (8D method, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
  • Knowledge of customs regulations
  • ERP skills (SAP or QAD)
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
