Dans le cadre de son développement, une enseigne dynamique et en pleine croissance du secteur du prêt-à-porter recherche un(e) Responsable Adjoint(e) pour renforcer son équipe au sein de son point de vente situé à Miramas.
Vos missions principales :
En véritable bras droit du Responsable de magasin, vous participez activement à la gestion quotidienne du point de vente. À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :
Contribuer à l’animation et à la motivation de l’équipe de vente
Garantir une expérience client qualitative et fidèle à l’image de la marque
Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux (CA, indicateurs de performance)
Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (merchandising, propreté, réassort)
Gérer les opérations courantes (encaissement, stocks, livraisons)
Remplacer le Responsable en son absence
Profil recherché :
Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en management dans le retail, idéalement dans le prêt-à-porter
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du commerce, votre leadership et votre esprit d’équipe
Dynamique, organisé(e) et polyvalent(e), vous aimez les environnements exigeants
Vous avez une forte sensibilité produit et un goût prononcé pour la mode
