Dans ce cadre, nous recrutons un(e) Manager Adjoint Informatique orienté(e) support afin de renforcer notre équipe IT.
Vos missions
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Informatique, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
Superviser l’activité du support informatique (niveau 1 & 2)
Assurer la gestion et le suivi des incidents et demandes utilisateurs
Garantir la qualité de service et le respect des SLA
Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe support au quotidien
Participer à la gestion des infrastructures (postes de travail, réseaux, équipements)
Contribuer aux projets IT (déploiements, migrations, outils collaboratifs)
Mettre en place des procédures et optimiser les processus de support
Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction
Profil recherché
Formation en informatique (Bac+3 à Bac+5)
Expérience confirmée en support IT et première expérience en management
Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows, réseaux et outils de ticketing
Sens du service, pédagogie et excellent relationnel
Capacité à gérer les priorités et les situations d’urgence
Esprit d’analyse et force de proposition
