Notre client, enseigne spécialisée dans la distribution d’accessoires pour téléphone, recherche un Responsable adjoint de magasin H/F.
Votre mission :
En tant que responsable adjoint votre objectif est de transformer chaque visite en une expérience client mémorable en participant activement à :
L’accueil, la prise en charge et la recherche des besoins des clients afin d’assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction
L'atteinte des objectifs collectifs et individuels
La bonne tenue et l’organisation du magasin (visuels, stock..etc.) dans le respect des procédures en vigueur
Promouvoir la motivation, la bonne ambiance et le travail d'équipe.
Coordonner l'équipe sous la supervision de votre responsable.
Être le véritable relais de votre Store Manager sur ses missions de responsable de point de vente.
Le profil :
• Passion pour le service client et forte motivation pour continuer à développer vos compétences en matière de vente.
• Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes commerciales et connaissance du secteur de la vente au détail.
• Expérience en matière de travail avec des KPI et des objectifs de vente.
• La volonté d'être une référence pour votre équipe et d'obtenir ensemble les meilleurs résultats.
