ISS International S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile dei Lavori Edili per un progetto di conversione e interconnessione impiantistica nell’area di Livorno.
Il/La candidato/a selezionato/a sarà responsabile della supervisione e del coordinamento di tutte le attività di cantiere, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi previsti dal progetto.
Principali responsabilità:
Pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività di cantiere nelle varie fasi costruttive
Gestione e supervisione del personale operativo e delle imprese subappaltatrici
Controllo dell'avanzamento dei lavori e reportistica periodica alla direzione
Verifica della conformità dei lavori ai progetti esecutivi e alle normative vigenti
Gestione degli approvvigionamenti di materiali e attrezzature
Supervisione del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/2008)
Interfaccia con clienti, fornitori, enti e professionisti coinvolti nel progetto
Risoluzione di problematiche tecniche e operative in corso d'opera
