This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Pay Rate: $16.32 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 14 hours per week. Roughly M-Th 10am-3pm. Room for flexibility as needed.

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated Respite Provider to assist an individual in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys making a positive difference in someone's daily life. The successful candidate will be dependable, open-minded, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while respecting established preferences and routines.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with household cleaning and upkeep
  • Help cooking meals/Shopping
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Help with organizing and decluttering living spaces
  • Run errands and provide transportation assistance when necessary
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
  • Follow specific instructions and household preferences carefully
  • Communicate effectively while working independently

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to drive for errands and transportation-related tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
  • Able to work independently without requiring constant direction or feedback
  • Willingness to be flexible and attentive to individual preferences
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful in working with others
  • Desire to make a meaningful difference in someone's quality of life

Work Environment
A fragrance-free environment is required. Strong perfumes, scented body products, and fragrances should be avoided, as they can cause nausea. The individual prefers tasks to be completed in a specific manner, so attention to detail and willingness to follow established preferences are important.

Preferred Qualities
  • Experience with housekeeping, home organization, caregiving, or respite services
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Open-minded attitude and positive outlook
  • Respectful of personal routines and household standards
