Envision Unlimited is a full spectrum of care organization serving people with disabilities from infants to 80+ years old regardless of race, gender, religion, or ability to pay. Founded in Chicago in 1948, Envision Unlimited has a legacy of evolving care delivered with empathy, every time and everywhere. Innovative services offered across Chicagoland and Central Illinois include community living options, novel day programs, behavioral health services, employment programs, respite for families, and foster care for children with disabilities.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Provide supervision and guidance to member while primary caregiver is out of the home.

2. Provide for a safe environment while primary caregiver is out of the home. Provide services to ensure the safety, health, well-being of the member.

3. Adhere to routines, behavior management, communication techniques etc. as prescribed by the family through their training.

4. Maintain appropriate and up to date certification in CPR and attend other training as

required by Envision and the Respite Care Program.

5. Document activities which are consistent with the goals, as applicable.
