Schedule: FTEs from 0.6 to 1.0 Available | Shifts open include Nights and Days | 10 Hour Shifts Also an Option | Every 4th weekend & holiday rotation | Shifts available include: Days 3x10, Nights 3x10, and Nights 4x10
Pay Range: $33.05 - $49.60/hour
Sign On Bonuses Range from $5,000 to $17,500 depending upon shift and FTE

What You’ll Do
Provide specialized airway and breathing care across five ICUs
Cardiovascular
Coronary
Medical-Respiratory
Neurological
Surgical
Perform arterial line placement
Conduct esophageal balloon placement and monitoring
Utilize advanced ventilation modes, including NAVA
Administer inhaled pulmonary vasodilators
Support hyperbaric medicine in one of the nation’s largest multi-place chambers
Engage in cutting-edge therapies and complex patient care
Provide exceptional respiratory care for patients
Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures
Administer medications and educate patients and families
Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes
Mentor new teammates and students
What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum)
WI Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023
BLS certification (AHA) and ACLS Certification
