Join a dynamic Respiratory Care team at a Level I Trauma Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital with a Level III NICU, where you’ll practice at the top of your license and have a meaningful impact across multiple critical care environments. Our Respiratory Therapists are trusted clinical practitioners who play an essential role in patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
This position provides professional respiratory care to patients in varying states of health and illness by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the patient’s pulmonary needs. At baseline, our team provides and oversees delivery of patient care for all patients requiring respiratory care in the general units, including adult, pediatric, and cystic fibrosis patients. Working at a Level 1 Trauma Center means no two days are the same! RTs will care for trauma patients, cardiac arrests and high acuity admissions. You will accompany patients at different stages of their hospitalization and work to provide high quality care throughout their journey.

Education:
Graduate of an AMA approved program for Respiratory Care and be licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Vermont.
Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC within one year of hire date.

Sign-on and relocation packages:
External candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and may receive a relocation package of up to $6,000. Certain terms and conditions apply.
WAGES:
Level I: $31.40 - $49.53
Level II: $32.95 - $51.96
Level III: $34.63 - $54.61
