Respiratory Therapist

About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and treatment. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing individualized respiratory care plans, conducting pulmonary function tests, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and respiratory muscle training
• Conduct pulmonary function tests, such as spirometry and lung volume studies
• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
